*US Business Tax Manager* with 5+ years of *US taxation work experience required* in a *CPA firm* having operations at *Dahisar (nearby station)*, Mumbai

*Working Hours: 4 pm to 12 am or 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm*

JD:

* *Lead & manage U.S. tax operations* , ensuring accurate and timely filing of Forms 1120, 1065, and 1040 across 52 states

* *Review complex tax returns* and ensure full compliance with IRS and state tax regulations

* *Provide technical guidance and tax advisory on complex issues* including nexus, apportionment, foreign reporting (5471/8858), ASC 740, and tax credits

* *Conduct in-depth tax research and ensure adherence to the latest IRS regulations and tax law update*

* Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing technical training and performance guidance





* Support IRS and state audits, ensuring complete and accurate documentation

* *Maintain robust client relationships, delivering proactive tax planning and compliance solutions*

Salary *upto Rs 20 lakh per annum (can be increased for a suitable candidate)*
