- We are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE + Integration Developer with 4-8 years of experience in Customer Service and CCaaS integration.
- Solid expertise in Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service, Omnichannel, CRM Workstream, C#, JavaScript, Plugins, Power Platform, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST APIs, CTI integrations, and CCaaS platforms like Genesys, Amazon Connect, or Five9.
- Experience in case management, SLA, queues, and knowledge management is required.
