Job Description Site Supervisor (Mahanagar Gas Limited – Meter Installation Project)
- Supervise plumbers and helpers during the installation of MGL PNG gas meters and GI pipeline work.
- Allocate daily work, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion of assigned installations.
- Conduct site inspections to verify installation feasibility and ensure compliance with MGL standards and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with customers, society representatives, and the project team to facilitate smooth execution of installation work.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and safety equipment at the work site.
- Maintain daily work reports, installation records, attendance, and progress updates.
- Resolve in office issues and provide technical guidance to plumbers and helpers when required.
- Ensure quality workmanship, adherence to safety protocols, and customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
