Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Drive sales of banking products and achieve business targets.
- Acquire new customers and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Monitor branch profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant banking experience.
- 8+ years of experience in branch banking, with team handling exposure.
- Robust leadership, sales, and customer relationship skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to achieve business goals and manage branch operations effectively.
