Detailed Description :

- Responsible and accountable for Import and Export Logistic function.
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Enter into contracts with logistic agency in coordination with Head - Sales & Marketing and Directors..
- Negotiate terms and conditions with the Logistic agency in coordination with head - Sales & Marketing and Directors.
- Monitoring Timely generation of all dispatch related commercial documents like delivery challan, packing slip, invoice, export related documents, insurance, etc on timely basis.
- Inform customer regarding dispatched order.
- Maintain track and follow up with logistics regarding dispatched order till it reaches the customer.
- Adhere to the protocol with respect to insurance as per the company norms.
- In case of transit delay, inform the customer as per defined time frame.
- Monitoring of Submission proof of export document (Commercial invoice,



packing list, tax invoice, ARE-1, Airway bill copy & BL, OR, shipping bill copy)to Central Excise / GST authorities in order to claim excise exemption.
- Attending the customer complaint related to logistics or export papers.
- Coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolving customer complaint.
- Taking customer feedback post sales.
- Preparing budgets and managing costs.
- Submission of MIS should be done on timely basis.
- Accountable for Transport arrangement for Good and Services
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Supervising logistics staff and resources

Preferred candidate profile :

A candidate should have back rond of manufacturing industry only with valuable knowledge of Import, Export -documentation,Advanced Excel, V Lookup, SAP.
