Position Title: Junior Performance Analyst

Reports To: Senior Performance Analyst / GM Asset Management & Revenue

Work Pattern: 100% office (Mumbai)

Role Purpose The Junior Performance Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable operational data management across the company's solar power portfolio. The role supports the Asset & Revenue Management team by maintaining generation and billing MIS, validating plant performance data, assisting in performance reporting, and ensuring high standards of documentation and data quality. Through effective coordination with site teams and internal stakeholders, the position enables informed decision-making, effective revenue tracking, and seamless operational reporting. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Compilation & MIS • Pull and compile daily, weekly, and monthly generation data from SCADA/monitoring portals across all assigned sites • Maintain standardized MIS templates for generation, billing, and collections by SPV • Update trackers consistently and on schedule, ensuring no gaps or version mismatches 2. Reconciliation & Quality Checks • Cross-check metered generation against billed units and flag discrepancies to the Performance Analyst • Perform basic sanity checks on incoming site data (date consistency, unit conversions, obvious outliers) before it feeds into reports • Maintain audit trail of corrections/adjustments made to data 3. Reporting Support • Assist in preparing periodic performance reports (PR, CUF,



availability) for internal review and management/board reporting • Support preparation of revenue and receivables trackers across SPVs • Respond to ad-hoc data requests from finance, commercial, or regulatory teams with quick turnaround 4. Documentation & Recordkeeping • Maintain organized digital records of site-level reports, O&M; logs, and maintenance schedules shared by cluster teams • Keep document repositories audit/lender-inspection ready • Ensure version control and consistent naming/filing conventions across trackers and reports 5. Coordination • Liaise with Cluster Leads/Technicians over calls/email to clarify or follow up on site data • Coordinate with Performance Analysts to understand reporting priorities and deadlines • Flag any recurring data quality issues from specific sites for process correction Required Qualifications & Experience • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred • Freshers to ~2 years of experience • Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic dashboards) • Basic understanding of solar plant generation and electrical systems is a plus Key Skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Organized, process-driven approach to data handling • Basic analytical ability to spot inconsistencies in data • Good communication for coordinating with site teams • Willingness to learn plant performance and billing concepts on the job
