We are looking for energetic and result-oriented sales professionals to strengthen our General Trade sales network and drive market expansion.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Field Sales Officer to drive General Trade sales by visiting retailers, distributors, supermarkets, chemists, cosmetic stores, and other retail outlets. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG field sales, distributor coordination, retail market development, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily market visits to retailers, supermarkets, chemists, cosmetic stores, and General Trade outlets.
- Generate sales orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper shelf placement at retail outlets.
- Coordinate with distributors for stock availability and timely replenishment.
- Expand retail outlet coverage and identify new business opportunities.
- Execute promotional activities and improve in-store product visibility.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.




- Submit daily sales reports, market visit reports, and order updates.
- Ensure effective execution of sales and merchandising activities in the assigned territory.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- HSC or Diploma candidates with relevant FMCG sales experience may also apply.
- 25 years of experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Personal Care, Skincare, Hygiene Products, or Food & Beverage sales.
- Experience in General Trade (GT), Retail Sales, or Distributor Sales is preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and mobile reporting tools is an advantage.
