Program and Project Management

Own end-to-end program governance for multiple concurrent IT projects and initiatives, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, cost, and quality parameters.

- Lead integrated planning, execution, monitoring, and control across programs using appropriate methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall), based on delivery context.
- Drive resource planning and deployment across internal teams and vendors, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to standard delivery processes.
- Ensure strict SLA governance, milestone tracking, dependency management, and delivery predictability across all programs.
- Coordinate effectively with multiple vendors, internal stakeholders, functional teams, and leadership to ensure seamless execution.
- Establish and enforce program standards, templates, delivery playbooks, and compliance mechanisms.
- Proactively identify critical path activities, highlight deviations, and escalate risks or delays to governance forums with recommended corrective actions.
- Lead program-level risk, issue, and dependency management, including approval of mid-course corrections related to scope, timelines, or resourcing.
- Ensure timely availability of all required documentation, approvals, audits, and clearances to avoid delivery bottlenecks.
- Publish periodic program dashboards, SLA reports, risk heatmaps, and performance insights for senior leadership and governance committees.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing delivery metrics, error patterns, and SLA breaches to improve future execution.

General Management

- Maintain single-point accountability for the accuracy, relevance, and ongoing maintenance of program and project plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies, governance frameworks, security standards, and delivery procedures across all IT initiatives.
- Identify,



assess, and communicate program-level risks, including probability and business impact, and drive execution of mitigation strategies.
- Provide strategic and technical guidance to subordinate and peer teams on solution design, technology choices, delivery trade-offs, and issue resolution.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate senior project and program managers, fostering high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
- Actively manage and resolve conflicts within and across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Provide explicit direction and leadership to teams to ensure outcome-driven execution, not just activity completion.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making on investments, priorities, and delivery risks.

Application IT

- Oversee application development, modernization, and enhancement programs across business-critical platforms.
- Govern SDLC execution, ensuring best practices in architecture, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Ensure alignment of application roadmaps with business priorities and enterprise architecture standards.
- Drive release management, deployment planning, and production readiness across applications.
- Monitor application SLAs including availability, performance, defect leakage, and incident trends.
- Ensure effective vendor management for application development and AMS, including performance reviews and cost optimization.




- Drive technical debt reduction, standardization, and reuse across applications.
- Ensure applications comply with security, data privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Oversee all internal Applications such as ERP, internal portal, HRMS etc.

Internal ITFMS

- Oversee IT Facilities Management Services (FMS) including end-user computing, network, infrastructure, security operations, and support services.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of internal IT systems and workplace technology.
- Govern SLA/KPI adherence for internal IT services such as service desk, incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Drive vendor performance management, including contract governance, cost control, and service improvements.
- Lead initiatives for IT cost optimization, asset utilization, and consolidation.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, DR/BCP requirements, and audit observations.
- Improve employee IT experience through automation, self-service, and process improvements.

Eligibility :

Educational Qualifications :

The applicant should be a B.E./B.Tech./MCA/MBA(IT)

Preferred Certifications: PMP or Agile certification

Knowledge of some key IT standards i.e. ITIL, ISO 20K, ISO 27001 standard is desirable.

Experience

Total 15 – 20 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years’ experience in managing large, complex and technically diverse successful IT projects

Must be a Agile practitioner

Excellent understanding of developing project milestone & timeline plans

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Excellent understanding of Agile-based project delivery, project management & issue tracking tools such as GitHub, Jira, DMS like confluence etc.
