Role & responsibilities :

• Project Execution : Lead and manage all electrical projects for the greenfield construction project from site kick off to completion, ensuring they are completed on time schedule,, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Design and Drawings: Oversee the design and development of electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Execution: Install electrical materials and equipment, considering cost, quality and lead time.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, delivery tracker, execution plan schedule, test reports, progress updates and quality control records.
• Compliance: Ensure all electrical work complies with health and adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordination: Coordinate with other engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Manage and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks on electrical components and systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.
• Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients,



providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or queries.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify and address potential issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical problems effectively.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 10-12 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferable experience in the construction industry (Manufacturing, Pharma, Fit out & Data centre), with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects in a green field construction site environment.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, standards, and codes (e.g., IS, IEC).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software (Revit, ETAP), strong project management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team of electrical professionals.
• Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Commitment to safety & quality.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in electrical engineering or project management are a plus.
• Other Requirements: Valid Electrical license and the ability to work on-site as required.
