Job Description

Dr. Reddys Laboratories is inviting applications for the position of Territory Business Manager (TBM)

for the Gastro/ Respiratory/Gynecology/Derma/ENT/GP/CP segment. The role involves driving sales performance, managing doctor relationships, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the assigned territory independently

Drive prescription generation in Gastro/ Respiratory/Gynecology/Derma/ENT/GP/CP Speciality segment

- Build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Execute brand strategies and promotional activities




- Provide regular market feedback and reports

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 27 years
- Job Locations:- Dehradun, Rajkot, Chennai ,Athani(Karnataka), Karimnagar, Mumbai, Pune, Mahaboobnagar, Eluru, Visakhapatnam, PCMC-( Pimpri Chinchwad municipal corporation), Hyderabad, Pimpri.
- Mandatory: Gastro/ Respiratory/Gynecology/Derma/ENT/GP/CP

Therapy Exposure: Gastro/ Respiratory/Gynecology/Derma/ENT/GP/CP

- Skills Required:
- Solid communication skills
- Proven sales and territory handling capability
- Consistent track record of target achievement
