Position: Sales Promoter / Retail Promoter
Experience: 6 Months 2 Years
Education: Graduate (Preferred)
Salary: 18,000 22,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively approach customers visiting the store and initiate engaging conversations.
- Demonstrate products and explain their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products.
- Answer customer queries confidently and handle basic objections professionally.
- Drive sales while delivering a premium customer experience.
- Ensure the display counter remains clean, organized, and demo-ready throughout the day.
- Share daily sales reports and store activity updates with the team.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively at all times.

Candidate Requirements

Education

- Graduate (Preferred)

Experience

- Minimum 12 years of experience as a Retail Promoter, Sales Promoter, In-Store Sales Executive, or a similar customer-facing retail role.

Preferred Industry Experience





Candidates with experience in the following categories will be preferred:

- Kitchen Appliances
- Home Appliances
- Consumer Electronics
- Premium Retail
- Preferred Brand Experience

Candidates who have worked with premium brands such as Dyson, Philips, Samsung, LG, Apple, Bosch, IFB, Havells, or similar premium brands will be preferred.

Language Skills

- Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
- Confidence in explaining products and engaging with customers.
- Comfortable delivering live product demonstrations and learning technical product information.
- Proactive sales approach with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and skilled in appearance.
- Punctual, disciplined, and willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
