CanKids KidsCan is looking for a dynamic Deputy General Manager Resource Mobilization to lead high-impact fundraising initiatives, build long-term corporate partnerships, and mobilize resources that transform the lives of children battling cancer across India.

What You'll Do

- Lead Corporate CSR, PSU CSR & Institutional Fundraising.
- Build and nurture relationships with Corporates, Foundations, Trusts & International Donors.
- Develop winning proposals, grant applications, concept notes and donor reports.
- Manage and grow a high-value donor portfolio.
- Drive donor acquisition and retention strategies.
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and corporate engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize fundraising opportunities.
- Achieve ambitious fundraising targets while ensuring donor satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

- 58 years of experience in CSR Fundraising, Resource Mobilization,



Corporate Partnerships or Business Development.
- Solid expertise in proposal writing and donor relationship management.
- Proven success in securing CSR partnerships and institutional funding.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Passion for creating social impact through strategic fundraising.
- Willingness to travel (up to 40%).

Preferred Qualification

MBA / PGDM / Master's Degree or equivalent.
