Job Purpose - The purpose of this role is to involve in the reengineering of existing processes and carve out new processes basis business requirements, customer and staff feedback, complaint analysis to improve TAT and efficiency by making it paper less and giving better experience to both internal and external customers.

Job Responsibilities(JR) :

Co-ordination for existing process

understanding • Basis Business requirement shared to re-engineer existing processes, • Understand the existing process end to end to know the friction and gaps in the existing process. • Co-ordinate with respective process teams to get all possible details on the existing process and documentation involved. • Visit Branches, resp Channels to know the process workflow and get the first hand experience on the process. • Check RBI website / guidelines on the existing process. • Refer relevant portals for existing processes like gyaanline , cards portal, E-learning, Retail-MIS etc.

Writing Revised Process notes • Co-ordinate and schedule stakeholder meetings for discussion and concurrence on revised processes i.e for obtaining sign off on the suggested solution by supervisor i.e SET / RBB / RBCX / CMS / PAYMENTS TEAMS etc . • Work on the revised process notes in co-ordination with supervisor and all Stakeholders i.e SET / RBB / RBCX / LIAB AND OTHER PROCESS TEAMS , PRODUCT TEAMS, DAP, AUDIT , COMPLIANCE, Legal, Vendor, IT etc till final process is placed with IT / vendor / internal department for solutioning.

Co-ordination with IT / BTG for BRDs /

Concept Notes / RD / UD / UAT of

revised processes • Liaison with BTG and IT to design BRDSs and Solution creation.



• Co-ordinate with the IT teams and have vendor meetings to explain the requirement and understand solution proposed by vendor. • Prepare Concept note , RD whenever required.

- Review and refer UD from Vendor / IT to all stakeholders and co-ordinate for their sign off. • Follow up with IT / BTG / vendor for end delivery of the solution and keeping all stakeholders in the loop through dashboard updates. • User Acceptance Testing of the current built product and process in co-ordination with resp internal stakeholders.

Maintain and Publish Process

Dashboard • Monitor Business Dashboard on all resp processes being managed - Track and update to all resp stakeholders involved at defined frequency. • Work on all Presentations ,costing , involved etc along with stakeholders.

New Process Roll outs and feedback

management • Handover new processes designed to stakeholder for onward implementation in the Channel. • Support Stakeholder on all possible inputs on the revised processes for smooth implementation by the team. • Close co-ordination with channel and IT / BTG or any concerned vertical till teething issues or any other feedback is successfully closed on the process rolled out.
