Job Description – Non-Voice Process Associate
We are hiring freshers for a Non-Voice Process role with excellent growth opportunities with Accenture.

Role Overview
The selected candidates will be responsible for handling ESI insurance claim processes and supporting employee medical insurance documentation and verification activities. This role requires good communication, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of Excel.

Key Responsibilities
*Process and manage ESI insurance claims for employees.
*Verify medical insurance documents and maintain accurate records.
*Handle backend operations and data management efficiently.
*Update claim details and reports using MS Excel.
*Ensure timely processing of employee insurance-related requests.
*Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive information.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers are eligible to apply.





Only 2026 pass out students

Any graduate, preferably B.Com,BBA,BA graduates.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required.
Willingness to work in night shifts.

Salary & Benefits
CTC: 21,100 per month
