Role & responsibilities :

- To oversee the design development and coordinate the project delivery of high-quality architectural projects from the concept stage to project handover.
- Good technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills; ability to lead consultants and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams.
- To ensure that design development is in line with management vision and meets product brief requirements within stipulated budgets and applicable regulations.
- To lead sign-off processes for different stages: CD to GFC.
- To create differentiated designs within the regulatory framework and costs.
- Know DCPR, UDCPR, and NBC codes.
- Prepare project program and ensure all teams work towards meeting milestones and flag risks in time.




- Lead regular site coordination meetings and review materials.
- Oversee production of design deliverables, specifications, and reports.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work setting.
- Possess an understanding of current and upcoming design and lifestyle trends.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Expertise in residential and commercial projects.
- Strong design and technical skills with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and sustainability practices.
