We are looking for a dynamic qualified with experience in real estate sourcing and channel partner (CP) sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through channel partners, maintaining strong relationships, and driving site visits and sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Channel Partners (CPs)
- Generate quality leads through the channel partner network.
- Conduct CP meets, networking events, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate and schedule client site visits with channel partners.
- Drive sales closures by coordinating with internal sales teams.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the sourcing network.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with channel partners to ensure continuous lead flow.
- Achieve sourcing and sales targets as assigned.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Key Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing/Channel Partner Sales.
- Good understanding of residential real estate sales processes.
- Experience in lead generation, CP management, and sales conversion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for business requirements.
