Position : Accounts Head

Locations : Airoli (Navi Mumbai)

Experience : 10 to 18 years

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Management

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
- Review journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.

SAP Business One (SAP B1)

- Lead and manage SAP B1 finance module operations.
- Ensure proper accounting entries and transaction controls in SAP B1.
- Generate MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports through SAP B1.
- Coordinate with IT and SAP consultants for system enhancements.
- Support SAP B1 implementation, migration, and user training.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance within SAP B1.

Taxation & Compliance

- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
- Handle GST reconciliations and compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable laws.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets.
- Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.




- Provide MIS reports and financial insights to management.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Supervise vendor payments and customer collections.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Monitor outstanding receivables.
- Resolve payment-related discrepancies.

Audit & Internal Controls

- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls.
- Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Team Management

- Lead and mentor the accounts team.
- Allocate work and monitor team performance.
- Train team members on accounting policies and compliance requirements.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work setting.
