Role Summary

We are looking for a Loan Processing & Client Support Executive who will support clients throughout the end-to-end loan process, coordinate with banks/NBFCs, and ensure timely approvals and disbursements. This role is focused on process management and client coordination, not aggressive sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with loan application processing for Home Loans, LAP, and Commercial Loans
- Coordinate with clients for KYC, income, and property documentation
- Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and relationship managers
- Track cases from login to disbursement
- Follow up on credit, legal, technical, and disbursement stages
- Maintain MIS, trackers, and client records
- Support internal sales and real estate teams
- Ensure compliance with lender and internal guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 2 years of experience in loan processing / DSA / NBFC / bank operations
- Knowledge of loan documentation and credit process
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Experience with home loan, LAP, etc
- Exposure to PSU banks, private banks, and NBFCs
- Understanding of CIBIL, FOIR, and LTV concepts
