- Manage and track exceptions with stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and closure
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure vulnerability reports are closed on time
- Maintain up-to-date Technology policies and procedures
- Identify and resolve Audit and Compliance issues within the Technology domain in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and present progress reports to customers and management, highlighting key results and insights
- Apply knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices to inform compliance and exception management activities
