Key Responsibilities:

1. SQL Server Development:

Design, implement, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers.

Work with database schema design, indexing, and normalization.

Monitor and optimize the performance of SQL Server databases.

Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to move data between systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve database issues.

2. Python Development:

Write Python scripts to automate data processing tasks.

Integrate Python with SQL Server for data retrieval, analysis, and reporting.

Utilize Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy) to manipulate and analyze data.

Develop APIs and other integrations to streamline workflows.

Work with data visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Plotly) to present insights.

3. Excel Expertise:

Proficiency in Excel, including working with formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.

Automate tasks using Excel VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for repetitive processes.

Create reports, dashboards, and charts for business stakeholders.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in Excel reports.

4. PowerPoint Reporting:

Create clear and visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint to communicate data insights.

Translate complex technical data into actionable business insights for leadership.

Design professional presentations to support data-driven decisions and initiatives.

5.Collaboration & Support:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

Provide support for ad-hoc reporting and business intelligence needs.





Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and reporting systems.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SQL Server development, including advanced SQL query writing and optimization.
- Strong experience in Python development, focusing on data manipulation, automation, and analysis.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, macros, and basic automation via VBA.
- Proven ability to design and create effective PowerPoint presentations for data insights.
- Technical Skills:
- Robust proficiency in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
- Hands-on experience with Python data libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SQL Alchemy).
- Knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present complex technical data to non-technical audiences.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SQL and Python or other BI tools.

Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
