Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Weblogic application servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Weblogic and other infrastructure components.
- Implement and manage deployment processes for applications hosted on Weblogic.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with the infrastructure.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to enhance system efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure configurations and processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to infrastructure management.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in Weblogic administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in managing Weblogic clusters and understanding of load balancing concepts.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Weblogic environments.




- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) for automation tasks.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.) and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of database management systems and their integration with Weblogic.
- Certifications related to Weblogic or infrastructure management.
- Experience with monitoring tools and performance management solutions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 7 years of experience in infrastructure management with a focus on Weblogic administration.
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
