We are looking for a Content Producer YouTube & Channel Growth who understands how to build content that not only tells great stories but also grows audiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in YouTube content strategy, video storytelling, scripting, audience retention, and channel growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. YouTube Content Strategy & Channel Growth
- Develop and execute YouTube content strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience interests.
- Research audience behaviour, trends, competitors, and emerging content formats.
- Build content calendars, video ideas, series formats, and programming strategies.
- Analyze YouTube analytics including CTR, watch time, retention, audience demographics, and engagement metrics.
- Identify opportunities for channel growth and discoverability.
2. Video Ideation & Storytelling
- Conceptualize YouTube shows, interview formats, podcasts, explainers, and branded video content.
- Develop strong hooks, titles, thumbnail concepts, and narratives designed for retention.
- Create episode structures, story flows, and interview frameworks.
- Understand what makes content engaging and shareable.
3.Scriptwriting & Content Development
- Write and refine scripts for YouTube videos, podcasts, and digital formats.
- Develop compelling openings, storytelling arcs, and engagement moments.
- Adapt long-form content into short-form formats such as YouTube Shorts and reels.
- Maintain brand voice and storytelling consistency.

Video Review & Performance Optimization
- Review edits to ensure storytelling quality, pacing, and audience retention.
- Provide feedback to editors and production teams.
- Suggest improvements based on performance data.
- Optimize content frameworks based on insights.
5. Collaboration & Production
- Work closely with creative, production, and client teams.
- Coordinate with editors and designers to ensure content quality.
- Bring structure and creative thinking to every stage of production.
What Were Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in YouTube content creation, digital media, content production, or video storytelling.
- Strong understanding of YouTube ecosystem, algorithms, audience growth, and optimization.
- Experience contributing to YouTube channels with understanding of growth strategies.
- Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of YouTube SEO, titles, thumbnails, retention strategies, and analytics.
- Experience with podcasts, branded content, or creator-led formats is a plus.
- Ability to work across multiple projects in a rapid-paced startup environment.
