Crew Member

Experience

- Freshers are welcome.
- 0–2 years of experience in QSR, Fast Food, Caf or Restaurant operations preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and process billing.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages as per company SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification:



10th / 12th Pass (Hotel Management candidates preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
