Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist with 1.53 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable managing multiple hiring pipelines in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Hire for a variety of IT and Non-IT positions across different experience levels.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, Apna, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




- Use Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to identify quality candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports using ATS or recruitment trackers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.
- Stay updated with current hiring trends, recruitment tools, and sourcing strategies.

Required Skills

- 1.5–3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Proven experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Foundit, and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder and candidate management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment CRM tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in startup or high-volume hiring environments is preferred.
- Exposure to AI-powered recruitment tools and interview platforms is a plus.
