Akrosstech Consulting is looking for enthusiastic and career-driven Freshers to join our US Recruitment Team. If you have excellent English communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the confidence to interact with candidates across the US, this is the perfect opportunity to kick-start your career in the US Staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written) are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
- Positive attitude, quick learner, and target-oriented mindset.
