Work timings - Full Time - Work From Home - 6 days a week (Including Saturday + Sunday) - Candidate can be assigned any of these shifts on rotation - based on requirement -

1. 7 am to 5 pm

2. 9 am to 7 pm

3. 12 pm to 10 pm

Work profile :

Answer customer queries through call & whatsapp , and help chose the right health checkup package by understanding customer requirements. Follow up with customers with 100% ownership - from order generation - until reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Have a own laptop in excellent working condition with a wired broadband connection, with 100% power backup during the working hours.

2. Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

3. Minimum 1 year experience customer support or sales experience in voice support

4. Positive knowledge of Excel / word / Whatsapp / Email communication. Negotiation skills.

Salary & perks :

1. Rs 18K to 25K per month in hand - depending on English speaking capabilities + customer support experience

2. Variable monthly incentives up to Rs 10000 per month

3. Loyalty bonus Rs 6000 - On completion of every 6 months.

All amount mentioned above will be in bank credit, with no deductions.

There will be 1 weekly off on any day of the week. This will be communicated in advance.
