Operations Assistant Manager

Order processing & dispatch (D2C + marketplace)

- Timely dispatch, replenishment and order processing across D2C and e-commerce portals via Unicommerce, Shopify and Amazon Seller Central (FBA).
- Single point of contact for third-party warehousing & fulfilment (Shiprocket) inbound inventory, logistics and dispatch for both B2C and B2B.

Last-mile, returns & claims

- Manage RTO, wrong returns, wrong dispatches, NDR and EDD breaches; run a weekly courier scorecard (delivery %, RTO %, TAT, damage/loss) and optimise courier allocation.
- Own claims & reimbursements for online sales weight-discrepancy disputes (with photo evidence, within the dispute window), forward-lost, lost-in-transit, damaged RTO, and 0-attempt/fake-attempt freight and drive the recovery rate.

Inventory management

- Replenishment planning and stock health across channels; monitor days-on-hand, ageing and expired inventory (critical for B2B), and flag slow movers early.
- Maintain full inventory visibility: at the warehouse, with distributors, and in transit.

B2B distribution operations

- Coordinate super stockists and distributors; track and reconcile primary,



secondary and tertiary sales.

MIS & reporting

- Compile and own MIS across primary/secondary/tertiary sales (from sales team, super stockists and distributors), plus the daily/weekly/monthly ops dashboards.
- Build and maintain the reporting database:
a) Sales & returns quantity-wise and value-wise
b) Region-wise sales & inventory analysis
c) Distributor/seller-wise primary, secondary & tertiary sales
d) Inventory reports at warehouse, with distributors, in transit
- Support finance reconciliation COD remittance and payment-gateway settlements and feed the monthly contribution-margin MIS.

Must have

- 6 years managing D2C + B2C e-commerce operations (BRAND SIDE)
- Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central (FBA), Unicommerce and Shiprocket. non-negotiable.
- High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivots, dashboards) and solid command of inventory-management & fulfilment tools/portals.
- Proven track record on RTO reduction, claims/weight-dispute recovery, or reconciliation. With numbers to show.
