About the Role

Akrosstech Consulting is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and trend-savvy Social Media Intern to help grow our digital presence. If you're passionate about Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, and social media trends, love creating engaging content, and enjoy building online communities, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company's Instagram, Threads, and LinkedIn accounts.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and captions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, memes, and viral content.
- Plan and schedule content using a content calendar.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience engagement professionally.
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor social media insights and prepare basic performance reports.
- Coordinate with the HR and Marketing teams for hiring campaigns and employer branding.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and Students are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Threads, and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar design/editing tools.




- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and trends.
- Good written English and Hindi communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new content ideas.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in managing personal or business social media pages.
- Knowledge of Reels, Hashtags, SEO for social media, and audience engagement.
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills are an added advantage.
