About the Role

Refit Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Catalogue Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product catalogues, maintaining product data, supporting digital campaigns, and ensuring catalogue accuracy across platforms. Candidates should have experience in catalogue management and strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

Product Catalogue Management

- Upload and manage product images across catalogue platforms.
- Maintain accurate product information, including pricing, specifications, categories, and stock details.
- Regularly update and optimize product catalogues for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.

Product Description Uploading

- Create, upload, and maintain attractive, informative, and accurate product descriptions.
- Optimize product content to improve visibility and customer engagement.
- Ensure consistency in product naming, formatting, and catalogue standards.

KwikEngage Campaign Monitoring

- Perform regular monitoring of KwikEngage campaigns and catalogue activities.
- Track promotional campaigns, offers, and product visibility.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales teams for smooth campaign execution.

WhatsApp Catalogue & Campaigning

- Manage the WhatsApp product catalogue through KwikEngage.
- Support sales and promotional campaigns using WhatsApp broadcasting and customer engagement.




- Ensure timely updates of products, pricing, and campaign creatives.

Issue Monitoring & Resolution

- Monitor Screen Protection Auto-Add related issues.
- Identify and resolve catalogue upload errors, missing images, incorrect product mappings, pricing discrepancies, and other catalogue-related issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams and ensure timely closure.

- Basic Photo Editing
- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, formulas, data validation, reporting, and data management)

Requirements

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Catalogue Management, E-commerce Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
