Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Cloud Support Engineers with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to support, manage, and optimize enterprise cloud environments. The role involves troubleshooting, monitoring, cost optimization, security, and automation.

Key Responsibilities L2 Cloud Support

- Provide L2 support for Azure AWS environments

- Monitor cloud resources and respond to alerts/incidents

- Manage compute, storage, and networking services

- Perform cloud patching, backups, and routine maintenance

- Troubleshoot performance, availability, and access issues

- Support cloud change and incident management processes

L3 Cloud Support

- Act as L3 escalation point for complex cloud issues

- Design, optimize, and secure Azure AWS architectures

- Lead cloud migrations, upgrades, and DR activities

- Perform root cause analysis and preventive actions

- Drive automation using scripting and IaC tools

- Work with security, network,



and application teams

- Mentor L1/L2 engineers and define cloud best practices

Required Skills
- Robust experience with Microsoft Azure AWS

- Hands-on knowledge of compute, storage, and networking services

- Experience with cloud monitoring, backup, and security

- Knowledge of IAM, RBAC, VNET/VPC

- Familiarity with ITIL processes

- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Good to Have
- Azure / AWS certifications

- Experience with Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation

- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python)

- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

Education
- Bachelor s degree in IT / Engineering or equivalent
