Role & responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operating system problems (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
- Install, configure, and update applications and software as per organizational requirements.
- Set up user accounts, email clients, and access permissions.
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues or coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs.
- Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity issues across LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet access.

Preferred candidate profile





- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
- Positive knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Experience in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral device issues.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice).
- Experience with remote desktop support tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to provide on-site support and work in shifts, if required.
