We are seeking an experienced API Developer with expertise in Genesys Engage 8.5 to design, implement, and maintain robust APIs for cloud contact center integrations, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient communication between systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirement Analysis: Understand integration needs of different services and systems within the contact center

- Design: Create API specifications and design endpoints that are secure, scalable, and efficient

- Implementation: Develop APIs using SOAP, REST, and programming languages such as Python or Node.js

- Ensure APIs are performant, maintainable, and adhere to best practices

- Testing: Conduct rigorous functional and security testing of APIs
