Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Python development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and advanced analytics techniques to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop GenAI solutions using LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Claude, or similar models.
- Build and optimize RAG-based applications using vector databases and embedding models.
- Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, model selection, and model optimization.
- Create scalable AI pipelines and MLOps/LLMOps workflows.




- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to generate business insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve AI systems.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Robust understanding of Data Science, Statistics, and Machine Learning.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) implementations.
- Expertise with NLP, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
- Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Databricks, Spark, and data engineering workflows.
