Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for Non IT Technical positions within the defence, aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, semiconductor industries through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of potential candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or related field.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles in areas like Defence, aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, semiconductors, EPC & Infrastructure etc.
- Proven track record of successfully filling Non IT technical positions in these industries.
