Job Description-

Role Summary

We are looking for an Engineering Experience Lead to own and improve how engineering teams build, deploy, monitor, and maintain software. This role focuses on defining engineering standards, building reusable platforms and templates, and enabling self-service capabilities that improve developer productivity, quality, and consistency across teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong DevOps / Platform Engineering background and the ability to drive adoption across multiple engineering teams.

Must-Have Skills

• Robust experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Developer Experience

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)

• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code

• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)

• Strong understanding of SDLC and developer workflows

• Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or Node.js)

• Proven ability to define standards and drive adoption across teams
