Role Overview

Were looking for a Business Development Manager who can take ownership of revenue generation from day one.

This is not a typical sales role. You will work directly with the founder, help shape the sales motion, and close early customers. If youre someone who enjoys building from scratch, figuring things out, and driving outcomes, this role is for you.

What Youll Do

- Identify and reach out to potential customers (founders, marketers, SMBs)
- Drive the full sales cycle: outreach demo closing
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads
- Run product demos and explain Zaillor clearly to non-technical users
- Experiment with different outreach channels (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, etc.)




- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team
- Build early partnerships and referral channels
- Help define and improve the overall sales strategy

What Were Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in business development / sales (preferably in a startup or SaaS environment)
- Strong communication skills (you should be able to explain new concepts simply)
- High ownership mindset, you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
- Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage chaos
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly
- Hustle and persistence,you don’t give up after a few follow-ups

Positive to Have (Not Mandatory)

- Experience selling SaaS, digital marketing, or tech products
- Exposure to startups or early-stage companies
- Basic understanding of AI / SaaS / marketing tools
