Salary : 15k to 24k ctc - For Customer Executive
20k to 30k ctc - For Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Generate current sales opportunities through follow-ups, referrals, and lead generation.
- Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and benefits to customers.
- Prepare quotations,
process orders, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Any UG/Grad/Fresher/Experienced can apply.
- Candidate must have excellent communication in English.
