About the Role

Koshish Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth in the wastewater treatment segment. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating leads, developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales for wastewater treatment solutions including STP (Sewage Treatment Plants), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plants), WTP (Water Treatment Plants), and related technologies.

The role requires strong communication, consultative selling ability, and an understanding of industrial and commercial water treatment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure sectors.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references, LinkedIn, channel partners, consultants, and industry associations.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across manufacturing industries, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, residential projects, commercial buildings, and government projects.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand customer requirements and water treatment challenges.
• Promote wastewater treatment solutions including STP, ETP & ZLD.

Client Relationship Management

- Build long-term relationships with Plant Heads, Facility Managers, Purchase Managers, Project Heads, Sustainability Teams, and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer operational requirements and propose suitable wastewater treatment solutions.




• Ensure regular client follow-ups and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Market Expansion

- Identify new market opportunities, industrial clusters, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, project developers, and EPC partners.

Sales Reporting

- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science,

or a related discipline.
• MBA (Marketing/Sales) will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales in wastewater treatment, water treatment, environmental solutions, or related industries.
• Experience in STP, ETP & ZLD.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
• Experience dealing with industrial and commercial customers is desirable.

- Basic understanding of wastewater treatment technologies and processes
• Techno-commercial proposal preparation
• Knowledge of STP, ETP & ZLD.
• CRM software knowledge
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
