Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented skilled to manage MIS reporting, customer billing,

collections tracking, and revenue reconciliation for the Telco Business. The role requires strong

analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work closely with Sales, Finance, and

Operations teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely collections.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly business MIS reports.
- Develop dashboards to track revenue, collections, billing status, and key business metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to stakeholders.

2. Billing Operations

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely invoice generation.
- Validate billing data and resolve discrepancies before invoice release.
- Maintain billing records and documentation.

3. Collections Management

- Track outstanding receivables and monitor collection status.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders and customers for timely payments.




- Prepare ageing reports and highlight overdue accounts.
- Support reconciliation of customer payments.

4. Data Analysis & Process Improvement

- Analyze billing and collection trends to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Automate recurring reports wherever possible.
- Support audits and management reviews with relevant data.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 - 6 years of experience in MIS, Billing, Collections, or Finance Operations.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Telecom, SaaS, Technology, Digital Payments, or B2B services with exposure to billing and collections will be preferred.
