We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Shift Incharge to join our team at SCC Greater Noida, responsible for managing the warehouse and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure efficient logistics and supply chain management.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet company standards.
- Analyze and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with M2A is an added advantage.
