Business Development Executive RDF
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage business relationships with cement industry clients for RDF supply.
- Identify current opportunities for Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) utilization and partnerships.
- Coordinate with cement plants for RDF demand, supply chain, and logistics management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements with clients.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of RDF supply.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the waste-to-energy segment.
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
Required Skills Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) and its application in the cement industry.
- Established network and connections within the cement industry.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of waste management, recycling, and sustainability practices.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to handle end-to-end business development cycles.
- Problem-solving mindset with a result-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Environmental Science / Business Administration.
- Prior experience in waste management, RDF, or alternative fuels is highly preferred.
