Role & responsibilities

1. Analyze and review corporate laws, regulations, and governance frameworks.
2. Provide policy recommendations and representations to Government Ministries and Regulators.
3. Support implementation of corporate law and governance initiatives by regulatory authorities.
4. Conduct research and studies on corporate laws, governance, and emerging regulatory developments.
5. Review regulatory processes and suggest improvements for stakeholder facilitation and ease of doing business.
6. Develop publications, guidance notes, white papers, newsletters, and other knowledge resources.
7. Organize training programs, certificate courses, workshops, seminars, and conferences.
8. Promote best practices in Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
9. Constitute and coordinate study groups for research, publications, and educational initiatives.
10. Engage with government bodies, industry associations, chambers of commerce, and other stakeholders on corporate law and governance matters.
