Operations Manager

Responsibilities

- Strategy Execution: Develop and execute strategies to streamline end-to-end service delivery in BPM.

- Operational Supervision: Provide sampling and supervise day-to-day operations.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and project timelines.

- Workflow Optimization: Implement process improvements and workflow optimization.

- Resource Allocation: Allocate map resources effectively.

- Client Coordination: Manage coordination between offshore clients and international teams to ensure alignment with expectations.

- Metric Reporting: Maintain operational metrics and provide reports on service performance and strategic initiatives.

- Cooperative Onboarding:



Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Education

- Bachelors or Masters degree in management or related disciplines.

- Minimum 5 years of operations management experience.

- Strong understanding of global outsourcing models.
