Role Description:
CyberArk is a Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform and a key security tool for used in Munich Re and ERGO, aimed at protecting privileged credentials and admin accounts throughout the organization. The PAM Engineer will be part of Global PAM team and will support onboarding of companys privilege accounts into CyberArk platform.
The PAM Engineer should be available to work within the European time zone to provide support across various projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Supporting all the technical requirements of various projects which are related to CyberArk.
In the project phase, will have the following responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and configure privileged account management across Windows, UNIX, databases, applications, and network/security devices using CyberArk, ensuring alignment with security policies and project requirements.
• Implement, enhance, and deploy the Privileged Access Management solution utilizing CyberArk technology for the ERGO and MunichRe Group.
• Onboard privileged accounts using approved PAM Onboarding variants and enforce best practices.



Update or propose new onboarding variants as needed.
• Collaborate with application owners to understand their requirements and design integration solutions with CyberArk.

Key Competencies & Skills required:
Technical Skills:
• Experience with the CyberArk Privileged Access Management solution
• Experience on CyberArk CPM and PSM plugin development
• Experience on scripting (PowerShell, C++, RESTful APIs, Shell scripting)
• Experience of Identity & Access Management/IDAM technologies and processes
• Experience on ticketing tools
• Knowledge of AutoIT, SSH, RDP, HTML, SSL, Windows, Linux and Databases
• Knowledge or experience with Active Directory, LDAP, DB, network devices
• Documentation skills

- Experience in team leading (+4 members)
• Prior experience in a global company with strong knowledge of complex IT organizations and security technologies

Must have:
• Fluent in English communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with global teams
• Robust planning, organizational and presentation skills
• Strong self-starter with innate curiosity to develop and improve customer support processes
• Ability to analyse, explain the technical issues and its solution
