Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of AMC/CAMC contracts for VRV/VRF HVAC systems across assigned key accounts.
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to ensure timely service execution and contractual compliance.
- Lead a team of service engineers and technicians, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Handle breakdown calls, technical troubleshooting, and ensure prompt resolution within agreed service levels.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers, acting as the primary point of contact for service-related matters.
- Conduct regular service review meetings with customers and address escalations proactively.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, warranty claims, technical support, and resource planning.
- Ensure accurate documentation, service reports, AMC records, and compliance with company processes.
- Monitor AMC profitability, service KPIs, customer satisfaction, and contract renewals.
- Identify opportunities for AMC renewals, service upgrades,



retrofit projects, and value-added services.
- Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- 6+ years of experience in AMC execution, HVAC service operations, or maintenance of VRV/VRF systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, HVAC controls, refrigeration cycles, and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing key accounts and customer relationships.
- Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management/reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with leading HVAC brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, LG, Samsung, Carrier, or Blue Star.
- Knowledge of BMS integration and HVAC automation systems.
- Ability to manage multiple customer sites and field teams effectively.
