Role Overview

Responsible for managing in-store merchandising, product displays, stock presentation, and customer feedback across categories like Sarees, Suit Pieces, Lehengas, Dresses. Acts as a link between store operations and the buying team to improve product selection and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute visual merchandising and display standards across categories.
- Ensure proper product placement, replenishment, pricing, and floor presentation.
- Coordinate seasonal displays, promotions, and stock rotation.
- Gather and document customer feedback on products, pricing, styles, and availability.
- Share customer insights and market trends with the buying and merchandising teams.
- Maintain merchandising reports and feedback logs.




- Support store cleanliness, brand aesthetics, and overall customer experience.

Skills Required

- Strong visual merchandising and retail presentation skills.
- Valuable communication and customer interaction abilities.
- Understanding of ethnic wear and fashion retail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; Fashion/Retail background preferred.
- 3-8 years of experience in retail merchandising or apparel retail.
- Experience in customer handling or feedback management is an advantage.
