Role Overview:

We are looking for talented Full stack software engineers interested in Agentic AI. You will build and maintain our enterprise product, contributing to core technology within our dynamic startup.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI solutions.
- Own the software lifecycle, from requirement analysis through maintenance.
- Write high-quality code, perform reviews, mentor staff, and support UX design.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Computer Science or similar field preferred.
- 2-8 years of Python experience (FastAPI, Flask), React/Angular/Vue.
- Expert management of Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), proficiency in Container Orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), skilled in GitOps (e.g., Flux2, ArgoCD), and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL/NoSQL, proven experience in Data Pipelines (e.g., CDC, Kafka), OLAP query optimization, and familiarity with Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Architect Knowledge Graph schemas and property graph systems. Optimize query performance to minimize agent latency.
- Manage entity resolution, lineage tracking, and context assembly.
- Expertise in LangGraph, AutoGen, or equivalent agentic frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, async processing, and reliability.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) design or implementation.
- Familiarity with hierarchical agent systems and multi-agent coordination.
- Skilled in responsible AI, including guardrails and human-in-the-loop.
