Hiring for a Premium International Travel Process.

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: Up to 55,000 CTC

Eligibility:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Travel Process
- Amadeus GDS experience is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Only candidates with relevant travel process experience can apply
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle international travel-related customer queries
- Book, modify, and cancel flight itineraries using Amadeus GDS
- Assist customers with fare rules, ticketing, rebooking, refunds, and schedule changes
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards
