**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage daily dark store and Last Mile (LM) operations.
* Drive rider hiring, onboarding, and manpower planning as per business requirements.
* Monitor rider attendance, productivity, and performance.
* Ensure timely order fulfillment and achievement of operational KPIs.
* Handle rider, customer, and operational escalations within defined TATs.
* Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock reconciliation.
* Optimize rider deployment using strong geographical knowledge of the assigned territory.
* Ensure process compliance, safety standards, and operational discipline.
**Required Skills:**
* Robust geographical knowledge of the local area.
* Experience in rider hiring and workforce management.
