Accounts Manager (Ethnic Wear Company)

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the companys financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing accurate financial information to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely collections and vendor payments.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer ledgers, vendor accounts, and GST records.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances, including timely filing of returns.
- Monitor inventory accounting and coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams for stock reconciliation.
- Process payroll, reimbursements, incentives, and employee expense claims.
- Prepare budgets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
- Monitor working capital and maintain adequate cash flow for smooth business operations.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
- Support management with financial analysis and profitability reports by product, branch, or sales channel.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of work.
- Work closely with the sales, procurement, and operations teams to improve financial efficiency and reporting.
- Desired Skills

- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
